We booked a day tour with Grand Serela Setiabudhi Bandung, the cost is Rp,600,000/ shuttle (we have four people, so Rp150,000/pax). It's a 12 hours day tour package and you are to free to pick any places you want to go. So the first must-go place in our mind is the famous dormant volcano in Bandung - Tangkuban Perahu (the local called it Tangkuban Parahu).
It took us 2 hours to reach Tangkuban Perahu from Grand Serela Setiabudhi Bandung. Tourists are advised to go early in the morning to avoid traffic jam and the crowd. Traffic is really bad in Bandung, so be ready for the massive jam.
Just a little advise:
1. Bring your jacket if you are scare of cold, it's quite windy at Tangkuban Perahu
2. Bring sunglasses and apply sunblock. Although it's windy, it's sunny as well
3. There are many pushy souvenir sellers and so called official tour guides up there, just be careful if you are travel in a girls-only group. We noticed that the so called official tour guides only follow behind us and try to bring us to the tourist information center, we look around and aware that they don't seem to follow behind other tourists. Probably because we are the only group of tourists who have different skin color among the others and we are all girls?
